How to use: Use the essential oil blend daily, whether you are leaving the house

or not. It is recommended that you make a practice of using it as soon as you get

up in the morning and re-apply as needed throughout the day as it will dissipate

(approximately every 5 hours). If you forget, no problem! It will clear lower

energy the instant it’s applied.
